Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 minutes from Ilanz) in the Grisons mountains. In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. For mountain bike lovers is also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and there is also a cross-country ski trail directly in the village.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the top floor directly on the ski slope. Fantastic view of the mountains and the village. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cabin and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry room for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.

The apartment (30m2) is part of a detached house, which was completed in Dec. 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with washbasin and a separate shower offer all the comforts you could wish for on holiday. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Das Skigebiet Flims-Laax-Falera gehört zu den Top-Skigebieten der Schweiz. Erschlossen bis auf über 3000 Höhenmeter ist es absolut schneesicher und bietet viel Abwechslung für Skifahrer und Snowboarder. Die romantische und grosszügige Wohnung eignet sich für Paare aber auch für kleine Familien. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist die Haltestelle des Shuttle-Buses, welcher euch ins Ski- und Wandergebiet befördert.

This spacious apparent with balcony is located on the second floor of the B&B. It is ideal for 2-3 people. When booking for 4-5 people is another bedroom with a king size bed included in the price. The fire place in the living room brings cosiness to dull days. The fabulous roof terrace is also used from the 4 B&B rooms and also ourselves. You can also book a local breakfast (if the B&B is open).

Our cozy apartment is located at the entrance to Flims with a unique view of the Signina group. It is child-friendly and is ideal for up to 4 people as accommodation for hiking, skiing or swimming holidays. The mountain railways can be easily reached by local bus in a few minutes (or on foot in about 15 minutes).
