Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

In the winter you can ski in and out of the house. For the little kids there is a free bus stop to get to the lift. The Summer in Flims is exiting, sporty and healthy. Our house is right on the piste of Flims/Laax. The place has a fantastic view across Flims that never bores. It's a short walk to the village. In the winter there is also a free bus. In the village you can do the shopping or have dinner in the best restaurants. The house is fully equipped. In the garage is space for two cars.

Bring the whole family to this great place in a quiet location! With 2 bedrooms there is ample space, 2 bathrooms means you'll be quickly out onto the slopes. Accessible with 8 min walk to the main lifts or 1 min by bus, stop is 50m away. Stores, bakery and restaurants within 100m distance. The kitchen is well equipped, a Weber Grill on the terrace, and you have a washer&dryer in the apartment. On off days, the TV, Playstation 4 and fast wifi keep you entertained. Underground parking.
