This vacation home has a large terrace (east and south facing) and offers views of the garden, the swimming pool and the pétanque court, as well as private parking and a garage. It consists of an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator leading to the dining room, a living area with a flat-screen TV, 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds and 2 twin-size beds), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The predominance of wood and large glass surfaces erode the boundaries between interior and exterior. The shelter is electrically powered by solar panels and the water comes from a source passing through the grounds.
