We rent out our funky house in Viga, Spin. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a corridor, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with a double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with plenty of living space, different seating groups, Jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

The house is located in a single-family area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family home appears to be family friendly with several playgrounds, sea, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

Lighthouse from 1895 with a dwelling and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a shear at the end of Rekefjord. Original fixtures from the time when the lighthouses with family lived in the lighthouse. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.
