B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. NOTE : A special Discount can be applied for any long stay - ROOM-ONLY (that is, No Breakfast provided) : send us an Enquiry so we can make you the best proposal. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter. Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers. Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1, 5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip. On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. Authentiek, stijlvol, warm en gezellig !

Je wordt opgevangen in een gerenoveerd herenhuis dat dateert van 1891. Je slaapt in een ruime kamer met balkon, op de eerste verdieping. De badkamer bevindt zich op de tussenverdieping: er is een bad, een douche , toilet, 2 lavabo's , strijkgelegenheid...Op aanvraag kan je uitgebreid ontbijten met de lekkerste producten...Voor slechts 10 euro extra per persoon ! In deze artistieke buurt vind je heel wat gezellige restaurantjes en cafeetjes met zowel wereldkeuken als lokale proeverijen ! Welkom !

Charmant city apartment in een prachtig Belle Epoque herenhuis. Bij de inrichting werden de prachtige plafonds, schoorsteenmantels en houtwerk bewaard & gecombineerd met frisse, hedendaagse elementen, uitstekende bedden en hedendaags comfort. Gelegen in een levendige buurt tussen Zuid, theaterbuurt en oude stad, allemaal op 15 min. wandelen. Goed openbaar vervoer naar elk denkbaar plekje in de stad. City taks is 2,97 € pp +12 jaar pn en is ter plekke te betalen. Evt. ontbijt is 12€. .

Volledige bovenverdieping met alle comfort, aparte ingang, drie kamers met elk een privé-badkamer en wc, eetplaats met volledig uitgeruste keuken, extra kinderbedje mogelijk op aanvraag. Drie parkeerplaatsen en terras met jacuzzi, privaat gebruik, geen ruimtes gemeenschappelijk met andere huurders. Wifi in de hele accommodatie. Landelijke omgeving met veel wandel- en fietsroutes en toch dichtbij de Brusselse stad. Verhuurder steeds beschikbaar. Optie om een ontbijtmand te reserveren (betalend).

'De Dromerie' - Geniet in onze nieuwe gastsuite!

Een romantisch nestje op amper 300m van de zee en op 500m van 'SILT' ( Casino). 'De Dromerie' is een oase van rust langs de Warandeduinen. Ons gastenverblijf is een landelijk ingerichte studio, ze beschikt over een eigen keukentje, vintage bad, douche, salonnetje, groot bed en privé-terras. met uitzicht op de tuin. Op aanvraag voorzien wij een ontbijtmand. We houden van kunst, in de tuin vind je twee Street-art betonelementen en we beschikken over een kleine keramiekstudio. Gratis fietsen!
