It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

The fully equipped kitchen is half open to the living room and separated from it by a counter. The terrace offers you plenty of space with beautiful views. Shopping is about 2 km away.
