Here there are both winter and summer activities such as a bike park, hiking trails, mountain hikes, fishing waters, miles of cross-country ski trails, alpine facilities and skating water. The cabin is located at 702 meters above sea level, with cross-country/touring trails about 50 meters from the cabin wall, and about 5 minutes walk from alpine facilities and café. Mountain tours, bike rides, walks or cross-country tours can literally start at the cabin wall.

The cabin at Høgevarde

Enjoy a weekend or a week in a brand new cabin at Høgevarde. Here you can relax, take delicious hikes in the mountains, or go down a hill skiing in the winter or by bike in summer/autumn. Incredibly many nice destinations nearby. Here are fishing waters and a small alpine ski area in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). You can put on your skis right outside the cabin walls and use great prepared slopes that are just 50 meters away. The cabin is located at about 945 meters above sea level and has incredibly great views of the mountains. Here you will find peace.

Unique cabin from 2020, spectacular views and jacuzzi. 13 beds, two bathrooms, very high standard and well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for 2-3 families. Alcove in the living room for reading or gaming. We are happy to lend you games, toys and PlayStation. Fire pan, wood-fired pizza oven and cozy barbecue area are right outside the cabin. The cabin is south facing with sun all day, and a lovely view of the mountain landscape. Large window surfaces that let the view in, and hand-built open fireplace in the living room.

We have smart solutions in the house, which can make your stay more comfortable. It is a family-friendly place, lots of greenery here, the kids can play without limits and the dog can run all day! From our Airbnb you have a short distance to popular attractions such as Norway's longest bike path, Bjørneparken animal park, the Predator Center and many fishing opportunities both in Krøderen and in mountain lakes. You are welcome to stay privately at our home. We give you a simpler alternative. Here there is plenty of room for 2 people. Possibility for 4, but then you will have to sleep in the living room. Recommend 2 adults and 2 children. If you respect our place, you are welcome!

Brand new and modern cabin in the middle of beautiful and varied ski terrain. Perfect for both cross-country skiing, Randonee and downhill skiing with both groomed cross-country trails and mountains with untouched powder right outside the door! Plains for hiking or biking with good opportunities for hunting and fishing otherwise in the year. The cabin can be rented all year round with a minimum of 2 days, but in the summer (July and August) we primarily want bookings for longer stays.
