Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Kesällä voit nauttia ympärillä virtaavasta joesta uiden, soutaen tai kalastaen. Talvella ylläsi on tähtitaivas ja ehkä jopa revontulet. Talvella voit hiihtää, kävellä tai moottorikelkkailla joen jäällä. Merelle on mökiltä matkaa noin 2 kilometriä. Soveltuu erinomaisesti yöpymiseen tai pidempiaikaiseen majouttumiseen.

Saari sopii omaa rauhaa, luontoa ja merta rakastavalle. Koko 2,2 hehtaarin saari on käytössäsi. Lähin naapuri on naapurisaaressa. Parhaimmillaan saari on retriitinomaisessa vetäytymisessä, pariskuntien romanttisessa laatuajassa tai lapsiperheen aurinkolomassa. Yksityinen saari on harvoin vuokrattavissa.
