Spacious room in a beautiful brand new house

We have a nice bedroom with a king size bed available in a beautiful brand new house. The room has a spacious wardrobe. You will also have your private bathroom. The house is in Portmarnock, a coastal village just 25 minutes away by dart from Dublin City Centre. DART is 5 min away on foot. You cannot miss ‘Velvet Strand’ beach which is just 25 min away from the house. The village has supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There is lovely cat in the house.

Near PHOENIX PARK -20min to city center - Ideal for short stays, proactive traveller and for those who arrive late (self check in) Transport from the place: Train - Pelletstown Station 2 min walk. Tram - Broombridge Station 15min walk. Bus 120-122 walking 2 min. (bus 39- 24 hs walk 10 min) All of them will bring you to City Center in around 10 to 25 min depending on the area you are going for (south -north)

This room is perfectly located in the city centre and is close to shopping centres, Cinema, Temple Bar, Public transportation, famous Irish restaurants, bars, a lake, all within a 2-10 minute walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a TV and a work desk. It's a private room with a king-size bed, and the bathroom is shared with two ladies. Might be with guests. We are usually busy with work and spend most of our time outside the house. Quiet after 11 pm;Pet not allowed
