The property was completely rebuilt in 2020 by a local Architect in the grounds of one of the Pays d'Auge's famous Manors Seigniorial. Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

Tortue-Cocotte is a refuge for the heart and mind. Perched on one of the highest points of Calvados, in a setting of unspoiled nature, it offers an immersion in the pure beauty of the Pays d'Auge. This half-timbered house in the Auvergne was built in 1784, far from any civilisation and is surrounded by trees that, for some , are now the same age as them. Beautiful typical longère cottage in the heart of Normandy with a big garden and BBQ. This cottage is perfect for family holidays, a couple's stay or remote working. Although in the countryside, you have all needed services 4-7min by car (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, big supermarket). Great activities and attractions to visit in the region: castles, animals, cheese farms, hiking paths, sea side, Cerza Zoo, antic markets etc.

Honfleur / Cabourg/Villers/Deauville 45 min away Numerous hiking trails You We have many animals: chickens , biquettes, sheep, pigs that you can feed. Our horses also that you can come and meet with us in the evening when we come to feed them. All linens are provided. Beds ready.
