There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. This is a 500-sq-ft a studio apartment. The space includes a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and combined kitchen, living room, and bedroom area. These are the only areas included in the stay price. There is a large screen that can be used to separate areas as needed. This is attached to the main house, but it has its own entrance. It has its own ac/heater and thermostat. Laundry facilities are available for free, but must be scheduled AHEAD of time. Wifi and internet are included.

large 1 bedroom apartment. A place for non smokers only. Lots of sunshine, the open and airy apartment is attached to main house. Close to mall; close to interstates ( I-10 and 110). Get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Beach is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Lot's of eateries nearby. Small pets(under 25 pounds please unless approved by me) allowed and should be potty trained and non-destructive. Non smokers only(allergies) thank you.

Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.
