Superbe Loft dans le centre historique de Tarragona, près de la Cathédrale et des plus beaux sites historiques de l'antique capitale romaine. Dans un ancien couvent et situé au dernier étage et disposant d'un petit ascenseur, le loft est calme et idéal pour le télétravail ( Internet par fibre rapide ). A seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage du Miracle, et bien relié par bus aux magnifiques plages de la ville. Commerces de proximité, restaurants et bars, musées... soleil, tout y est!!!

Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. Casa en Playa de la Mora, quiet and cozy

The house consists of 3 floors, the ground floor is occupied by the owners and the upper 2 are the ones offered. They are totally secluded and have a separate entrance from the street and spacious and sunny terrace for the renters. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Room with two bunk beds. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).

Charming studio in the 'vila closa'

The studio occupies the first floor of our house, built in 1692 and recently renovated. The studio is distributed in a bedroom, living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (double bed), 2 young children or 1 older child/adult (sofa bed), and 1 baby (crib). Guests can also use the sofas in the house's main entrance. Both the bedroom and the dining room face the street with small balconies. There are ceiling fans.

It's a very special house. It is located in Ferran, near the sea, and we have restored it with great enthusiasm. It has a very personal style and we've taken care of all the details. The house is completely renovated with all the comforts. You won't find another one like it. Ferran is a very small town that is next to Altafulla, a charming town on the Costa Daurada. Coming to "Cal Gran" will be an experience!
