The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

The first-floor apartment, newly renovated in 2022, is located in a quiet neighborhood in the capital of Grisons, surrounded by lots of nature and mountains. Comfortable and flexible entry via electronic code lock (discreet entrance via outdoor patio seating). Free visitor parking is available directly opposite the apartment entrance. Good connection to public transport (city bus stop nearby) and only 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this cozily located Romantica apartment. The apartment is bright and friendly. In the country-style kitchen you will find various cooking utensils as well as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. There is also a Bosch coffee maker (Tassimo pads), a kettle and a toaster. Free parking for cars. The apartment is located one minute from the bus stop and 12 minutes from the train station (stop on request!).

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The cottage is a 7-minute walk from the village at a height of 980 meters in the countryside. It has two apartment. The lower apartment is rented. Vättis has a grocery store, an excellent hotel, a gas station and many very likeable people. It is a hiking and biking paradise and offers a lot of peace and quiet.
