With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The cozy little wine house is more than 100 years old and completely newly renovated. The apartment in a quiet location is on the ground floor and is completely barrier-free (no steps). The wine town of Fell (Roman Vallis) is located in a romantic side valley of the Moselle and has a lot to offer hiking and cycling tourists. The Fell Visitor Mine also invites you to learn more about the mining history of the place. Shopping, bakeries, etc. and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. The apartment is 60 square meters and is located on the second floor of our house. It consists of a living and dining area with a sofa bed (1.6 x 2 m), a kitchen, guest toilet, bathroom and bedroom with a 200 x 220 waterbed. The living area is divided by a 9 square meter balcony. The apartment is air conditioned. In the house is a small privately run cosmetics institute with high-quality products from CNC-Cosmetics. Appointments can be booked in advance.

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

Our charming cottage in Mertesdorf offers the most modern comfort after a loving renovation in 2024. On 66 m², you will find an open living/dining area with a sofa bed and cocktail armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free bathroom. The bedroom with a box spring bed ensures restful nights. Enjoy peace and relaxation on the terrace with garden lounge. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and culinary delights.
