Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Welcome to our vacation rental! In a nutshell: 70 m², 5-10 minutes' walk to the beach (the beach that can be seen in the pictures), ideal for families with children, athletes (windsurfing/kitesurfing, wakeboarding, golf, cycling) and peace seekers. :-) We bought the apartment in 2019 and renovated it in the spring of 2020. The 49 sq m sanitary style apartment can accomodate up to 4–5 guests with double bed and french bed. Kitchen and bathroom are currently being renovated – first rental from May. Wi-Fi, smart TV and parking space available in front of the house.

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.

Cozy apartment near beach & golf course

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our farmhouse & is kept open, friendly & modernly equipped. The open kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker,kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.). The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.

Hello and welcome to the FERIENHOF WACHTELBERG on Fehmarn. The Kate is a cozy house of about 40 square meters. One parking space is available in front of the house. In addition to a double bedroom, there is also another bedroom with a cozy bunk bed. You can also use a fenced-in garden with its own seating area. The house has its own toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a modern kitchen.
