Super centrally located penthouse in Hamburg-St. Georg. The apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the main train station and offers plenty of space with 165 square meters of living space and a 40 square meter balcony. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony opens onto a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, you have a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed at your disposal and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free).

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
