Charming flat close to the sea

A cozy 1 bed-room apartment on the oldest street of Fecamp connecting the port and the town center. It used to house a boulangerie but after WW2 was transformed into a residential unit. It's a 1 min walk to the port, 5 min to the beach and the train station, 2 min to the restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Bénédictine Palace is 200 m away. This is our own vacation home: all the interior objects were hand picked to create a combination of the modern comfort and the Normand coastal charm.

Côte Ouest is a typical Fécamp house renovated in 2024 located facing the sea. You have exceptional views of the sea, the cliffs and the entrance to the port of Fecamp. Forget the car, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and of course the beach which is at the heart of Fécamp activity. The SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away. Côte Ouest is designed to accommodate 6 guests and a baby very comfortably, as it has 3 independent bedrooms and a baby bed.

Located 5 minutes' walk from the city center, 15 minutes' walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, 65 m2 house with small terrace. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, on the living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The night space is located on the garden side to enjoy perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other spaces nearby with a parking disc that I make available.
