À proximité de tous commerces (restaurants, bars, boulangerie…)et activités touristiques (bateau, jet ski…). Centre-ville à 10 min à pied. Proche gare. Animaux sur demande. Une belle et longue digue vous permettra de faire de belles balades (aires de jeux pour enfants le long de la digue, aire de sport en plein air.

Salle de bain moderne, WC séparés et espace bureau. Emplacement idéal à 100 m du port, 300 m de la plage et à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants.

Côte Ouest is a typical Fécamp house renovated in 2024 located facing the sea. You have exceptional views of the sea, the cliffs and the entrance to the port of Fecamp. Forget the car, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and of course the beach which is at the heart of Fécamp activity. The SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away. Côte Ouest is designed to accommodate 6 guests and a baby very comfortably, as it has 3 independent bedrooms and a baby bed.

Located 5 minutes' walk from the city center, 15 minutes' walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, 65 m2 house with small terrace. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, on the living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The night space is located on the garden side to enjoy perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other spaces nearby with a parking disc that I make available.
