It is located just 100 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the centre of Fažana, where numerous events, festivals and concerts are held during the summer. The apartment was renovated in 2026 to provide guests with an even more pleasant stay.

Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

It can accommodate up to 5 persons, and it consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one separate toilette, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with approach to the covered terrace (private). Guests can use the front garden, one parking space and grill in the back garden. This holiday apartment is perfect for families with children, two couples or simply a small group of friends.

The property of Villa Viviana is placed near the seaside on the western Istrian coast. It is very close to the Brijuni Islands, the amazing Istrian national park. This difference can be observed as a nice metaphor of Green and Blue Istria’s eternal diversity. Villa Viviana has all of the amenities at hand and its capacity is for 8 persons.

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. Please contact me prior reservation if you have larger pets.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
