Ett nybyggt hus på landet, stor lägenhet övre plan på 140 kvm med öppen planlösning. Huset ligger på en gård med skogen bakom knuten och en stor trädgård med gräsmatta. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheter som fullt utrustat kök, badrum med wc/dusch och tvättmaskin. 4 bäddar (dubbelsäng+bäddsoffa) Är ni fler i sällskapet finns det plats för egen madrass alt. barnsäng. Några hundra meter bort finns ett vindskydd med grillplats vid en damm. Vedeldad bastu intill grillplats kan hyras mot tillägg.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Nära det gamla kustsamhället Skalhamn med naturlig hamn, stor båtmarina och restaurang. Mataffärer, restauranger, Havets hus m.m. finns i Lysekil. 12 min med bil. Välj mellan naturstränder, klippor och barnvänliga bad. 5 min med bil. Vandringsleder och golfbana i närområdet. Cyklar finns att låna.

Welcome to Orrevik Farm on lovely Bokenäset. Located in the heart of Bohuslän with pristine surroundings including lush forests, a beautiful creek, cliffs and fields that borders the sea. Within walking distance you'll have access to beautiful forest walks and hiking trails in a nature reserve called "Kalvön", a small beach and cliffs perfect for salty swims and great waters for fishing. With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easy accessible by car.
