Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Bunkhouse on property is available for rent if you need room for 2more guests.

Our Country Getaway is located in the San Diego County area in a beautiful "Tuscany like" area. For our 7 night stays we go as low as $107/night. We are a private fully self contained 1 BR / 1 BA with an attached Deck with 180 degree view, Spa, BBQ, grassy area, fully equipped kitchen, Cushy King Size Bed, Queen Size Sleeper with memory foam and Other Sleeping Options as well. Aside from all that our farm has to offer, unwind in your exclusive use, amazing view hot tub or whip up something tasty in your efficient kitchen. This small, unique guest house offers privacy amid the trees, with a view that gives a sense of being completely alone. It's large glass windows overlook an expansive view of the environmentally protected, unpopulated, valley below. Outside dining area with hot tub in the very private patio garden attached to the home.

Pool Side Guesthouse

The Pool Side Guest House is the perfect mini oasis with a touch of countryside living. This one bedroom with a studio feel is comfortable for small families or close groups of friends and sleeps up to 6 guests. The relaxing view of the pool and soaring palm trees will be a great addition to the ranch experience with our horses who love carrots and selfies :) Please note the pool is shared with other guests and myself.

Spacious backyard with barb-b-que, outdoor cabana & fire table. Very peaceful setting. Fold out queen size couch in family room - can sleep 8.
