From the house there is a short walking distance to several beaches and swimming areas. The nearest is only 250m away. The plot is peaceful and quiet with good shelter from wind and lots of sun. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 9 beds. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, etc. The house has a basement apartment. If desired, this apartment can also be rented, for an addition to the price. Large villa on idyllic Husøy

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

From the home there is a short drive to Husvik school with playground equipment, public transport, lake, beach and great hiking areas. Husvik is located close to the sea and there are several swimming areas and beaches nearby. It is only a small walk down to Klopp beach and marina. The coastal trail is popular.
