Annex - Skipperstua

We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

Summer paradise: Newly renovated apartment in the Vestfjord

Helt nyoppusset leilighet på ca 90kvadratmeter. Leiligheten ligger vestvendt på Nøtterøy, kant i kant med Vestfjorden. Stor usjenert hage med spisegruppe og sittegruppe i sola. Innvendig har leiligheten et soverom, kjøkken, bad m dusj, og stor vinkelstue som naturlig kan deles av. I stua finnes det en stor soffa og en dobbeltseng. Det følger med to kajakker som kan brukes i hverdagene og enkelte helger. Sengetøy og håndklœr må tas med selv. Det er 2km til Tønsberg, og fler små badestrender nœre

Cozy cabin near the sea for rent

Koselig enkel hytte ved idyllisk område med sjøutsikt og gode solforhold (vestsiden) leies ut (april tom sept/okt). Hytta er på ca 50 kvm, det er to soverom, og et kjøkken og bad med innendørs toalett. Hytta har mye natur rundt seg (og en nabohytte), en terasse og sol hele dagen. Svelvikstranda ligger like ved med sandstrand (langgrunt), svaberg, kiosk og lekeplass. Til Tjøme sentrum er det 5 min med bil. Det er også mange fine sykkel og turområder i nærheten som Verdens Ende, Ormelet, Hvasser

The summerhouse is situated on the car-free island of Veierland, an exclusive island and hidden gem in the Oslo-fjord, facing Roald Dahl's childhood island of Tjomoe (Tjøme). There is a 15 feet boat with 40 horsepower included that you can use to and from the mainland. There is also a big ferry that departs every hour from the mainland.

Only 2 min walk to Den blå brygge, ice cream bar, fish shop, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful sandy beach only 100 meters from the house. Catch some crabs, collect shells, enjoy quiet momemts on the beach or take an excursion in the local area. Beautiful and lush nature with a rich animal and plant life. 10 min to Tjøme, 30 min to Tønsberg with water parks, playparks etc.

Located by the sea with fantastic ocean views over Vrengensundet, and several lounges and dining spots to make sure you always have a place to chill where the sun shines. Family built in 1954 with recently installed electricity, mains water, bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen from 2020 with dishwasher. Access to private pier to swim in the ocean as well as kayaks, tennis court and great hiking opportunities included.

Cottage in Nøtterøy

My cottage is quietly and nicely situated in wonderful green surroundings, and it is yet just a short walk away from the sea. There are lots of nice tracks for walks in the area. A golf track is just 5 min walk away. Tønsberg city is less than 15 minutes by car. The shops are just a 8 minute drive away. You’ll love the nice and quite location. The cottage have lots of space both indoor and outdoor, and is well equipped. The place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. 5 bedrooms with room for 2 or more in each room. Large living rooms, new kitchen from 2025 and 2 new bathrooms. Swimming pool outside, west facing with sun until 10:30 pm in summer. Short distance to the jetty in Tønsberg. 5 min by bike! Short distance to the train station. Short distance to grocery stores. 5 min to the beach! Possibility for swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc.!
