The apartment we offer is located in the heart of the village in an old building, refurbished, it has all the comforts you need. Close to the Church and located in the center, you will enjoy the various shops, Bar Restaurant, tobacco, Intermarche a 10-minute walk away, parking 200 meters from the apartment. Fabrègues is located 15 minutes from Frontignan Plage and Palavas les Flots, 10 km from Montpellier and 15 km from Sète, 5 km from Saint Jean de Védas from where you can take the tram.

Agréable Studio accolé à la maison des propriétaires mais avec une entrée totalement indépendante. Superficie de 22 m2, tout équipé et meublé. Cuisine et salle de bain privées. Lit 2 places 140 cm + Canapé couchage 120 cm pour 1 adulte ou 2 enfants Draps et serviettes fournis. A deux pas de la boulangerie, supermarché etc.. A seulement 12 km du Centre de Montpellier, proche des plages (Palavas les flots, Frontignan plage, Balaruc les bains, Sète, Mèze, Le Grau de roi, Camargue.

We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.

Cozy and comfortable pied-à-terre.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/WC, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and motorway access 200 metres away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

We welcome you in a pretty 30 m2 wooden house, in a small quiet village near Montpellier, the beaches and its hinterland rich in beautiful cultural discoveries. Charming cellar / 18th century

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
