The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. A set of bed linens and towels are included. Biking distance to Östersund city center (about 5 km) and good bus connection is available. Free parking for one car in the yard. Regards Johan

The house was built in 1880 and the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, has a newly renovated kitchen, working fireplace, washing machine and dryer, and nice original details remain. The apartment is close to both the city and nice nature trails. With just a couple of hundred meters to Storsjön. In the summer, there is proximity to the jetty and swimming. Ica is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and there is also a cozy local pizzeria.
