La Maison Blanche is a bright and spacious house with character, which has just been completely renovated in 2019. Ideal for 2 families as it has 4 rooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. The villa is located at the entrance of a small village, St Aubin de Cadelech. The large garden, terrace and pool offer a tremendous view of the area. The lively town of Eymet is nearby, offering some nice bars and restaurants. The area has a lot of green to go walking, running, or biking. Great vineyards nearby.

Le matin, ce sont les oiseaux de la forêt voisine qui vous salueront. De la terrasse, vous pourrez admirer notre noyer centenaire ou regarder pousser notre potager en permaculture. La piscine est partagée mais ses dimensions généreuses (14 x 7 m) le permettent ! Depuis la baignoire de la salle de bain, vous contemplerez les majestueux chênes de la forêt.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. This space is ideal for two, maybe a third person or child in the small second bedroom. There is a pool to the rear of the property that is shared with the owners. Only 10 minutes from the famous medieval town of Eymet and 2 minutes from beautiful lauzun, Lavande is the perfect escape. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.
