Welcome to the wooded Exloo, located on the Hondsrug in Drenthe. We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. This railway was established in 1899 and closed in 1945. This railway line is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking space, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

In de omgeving van zuidlaren 8,1 km, om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Assen 18 km, Groningen 22 km (waar je heerlijk kan winkelen). Met gebruik van roeiboot en een kano. Ook kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van een BBQ. En Tegen vergoeding zijn er ook E-bikes/motorboot ter beschikking, met mooie fiets routes. Met leuke attractieparken in de buurt

Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers.
