A modern chic studio apartment with a cosy feel to it, located in the center of a trendy and urban neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens. Perfect for a couple, a small family or a group of friends, the Little House on the Rooftop is ready to accommodate all of your needs. It is fully equiped with new appliances and a new kitchen, unlimited wifi, a smart TV(32in), airconditioning, and a very spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

Cozy and modern penthouse in the heart of Athens, at the highest point of the center. This apartment is located at the top of a 7th floor building in Exarchia, with a magnificent view of Athens, the sun, but mostly the view of acropolis. National Archaeological Museum is located 2 min. away. In a small distance of 2.6km you will find acropolis and its museum. Ιt's located by foot, 10 min. from Omonoia metro,2 min. from trolley and bus and 10 min. from KTEL bus that goes to beaches & Sounio.

dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

Lycabettus View, apartment in the heart of Athens

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern classic building right at the foot hills of the most spectacular mountain of Athens, Lycabettus. It is recently (2019) fully refurbised, fullfiling all requirements for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment has two balcony views. The first one has the view of mountain Lycabettus and the second one of Athens. Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Monastiraki, Thiseio and Kolonaki square are in walking distance and very easily accesible!!!

Stylish and spacious apartment in cool area

This is our 70sqm newly renovated and refurbished apartment. Our bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has an open plan kitchen and dining space with a sofa bed that sleeps two. It has a spacious veranda and outdoor seating area and also offers peace and tranquility as it is high up on the 5th floor. We love our vibrant area with its many cafes restaurants and bars, the Archaelogical museum within a 6 minute walking distance and 11 minutes to Omonoia square metro station.

Central little studio with splendid view !

Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.

Dream Studio w h private balcony central Athens

A 5 min. walk from the Archeological Museum and 30 from Acropolis in one of the most artistic and interesting neighborhoods, this 25m2 flat with its private balcony and all the amenities of a contemporary flat, can be your dreamplace.
