Welcome to a newly built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 m from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a dead end street which means minimal car traffic at the house. A bedroom with 180 cm double bed as well as plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with separate door out to the terrace. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at cost.

Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

Relax in your own charming little house in a picturesque yet central location right next to the nature reserve. Three minutes' walk to the bus in the direction of Kristianstad, Ystad or Simrisham. The highest waterfall in Skåne, Forsakar, is within easy reach, as well as a lake and a free swimming pool with a 50m pool. Supermarket only 400 meters away, 250 meters to the pizzeria and to the Thai fast food. About 12 km on the bike path to the sea with wonderful long sandy beaches.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Apartment in timber frame house

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
