Recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment located less than a mile from downtown Eustis. This 1,000 square foot unit is the private second floor of a 1919 built home with a separate side entrance. It has a small kitchen with full size appliances, washer and dryer, WIFI and a Roku tv with Netflix logged in. We are a half mile from downtown Eustis and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and weekend festivals.
