La maison de Charlotte est un gîte qui a été entièrement remis à neuf fin 2019 en respectant le bâti percheron avec des matériaux nobles comme le bois, la pierre, les tomettes anciennes et les enduits à la chaux. Située dans un des plus beaux villages du Parc Régional du Perche, elle est le lieu parfait pour un séjour à la campagne à moins de 2 heures de Paris. Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Gite de la Donnette

My place is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
