La Maison du Saunier - Quiet and heated pool

Quiet house, 6 km from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, near the island of Oléron, you will discover the ocean, the Coubre forest, the oyster beds, the Romanesque churches, Brouage and its marshes (close to La Palmyre, Royan, Ronce-les-Bains); 70 km from La Rochelle: its port and its aquarium. For children, Youpi Land Park in La Palmyre, tree climbing, rides and games in Ronce-les-Bains, pony and steam train rides, games at the Cité de l'Huître in Marennes and Château Saint-Jean-d'Angle.

Cottage close to the sea

Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

Rent by the week or night (2 nights minimum except July and August week only), small 40 m² house independent of our main house, for 2 people, ideally located between Royan and Oléron Island. Linens provided and bed made on arrival, cleaning to be carried out by you on departure (deposit check for cleaning requested on arrival). Possibility of free bike loan (with security deposit check).

Cottage "L'Arbousier" 250m beach

This pretty little house is perfect for hosting two to three people. It is 250 meters from St Palais beach, public transport, restaurants, bike paths, beach clubs, sailing. St Palais is a lovely village where it's nice to come and rest and enjoy the long seaside trails and beautiful pine and oak forests. This is also a great place to enjoy nightlife (bars, nightclub).
