The accommodation has a garden with barbecue+ dining area and sunbed. It consists of a living room, dining room with 1 sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 bed, 2 bathrooms, mezzanine with 1 bed 160 or 2x80.Garage that can accommodate 2 vehicles. The first floor is occupied by a year-round tenant. He is very discreet and has no view of the proposed accommodation. No equipment is shared (neither the swimming pool, nor the exteriors, nor the parking spaces) and accesses are independent.
