Typical Montpellier apartment in a 19th century building. Gare Saint Roch district (3 min) Unobstructed views, beautiful volumes, spacious, quiet bedroom. This is my primary residence, not a place for rent only. The apartment is air-conditioned. I will ask you to make reasonable use of the air conditioning. For stays longer than 3 days, the electricity meter will be read on your arrival. Any excessive consumption will be charged.
