Comfortable holiday cottage, ideal for a bucolic stay or just passing through. At 600 m you will discover the grandiose beach of Le Moulin and the village with its restaurants and shops. Mado's annex, 200m from Casino beach

Mado's annex is ideally located, just 250 meters from Casino Beach. Once parked in the free Place d'Armes parking lot located at the back of the annex, you can do everything on foot: access to beaches, GR34, bakery, newsstand, café, restaurant, tobacconist, casino. A small inner courtyard will welcome you for your meals, aperitif and relaxing time. This magnificent annex, formerly an outbuilding, is very nice and bright, and has just been refurbished.

Charming typical Breton gîte "Ti Quartier"

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

You will be in Binic for a business or leisure trip with all the comforts and proximity to shops, beaches, Gr34... Our place is designed for a single person or a couple with one or two children. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay in this very dynamic and charming small marina. Arriving from St Brieuc train station, by taxi or bus, you can then do everything on foot. I am discreet but available if needed.

Indoor pool and beach 300 meters away

The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared. It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea
