With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

From our cottage you can reach the Steinhuder Meer, Dinopark or the Loccum monastery in just a few minutes by bike, car or public transport. The location, near the Meerbruchwiesen, invites you to walks, hikes or bike rides through the beautiful nature. For everyday things, shopping as well as gastronomies are available on foot. We are always at your disposal for further tips.
