Villa Bonita | Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Villa Bonita is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home built around the backyard: a screened heated pool (chlorine), a hot tub, a covered patio with a fire table, a TV, and a grill. Guests tell us they barely go inside! Families travel light here: we stock beach chairs, umbrella, children's bikes, board games, toys, a high chair, and a pack 'n play. Bonita Beach and Barefoot beach are a 10-15 minute drive, downtown Bonita Springs is 2 minutes, and grocery, coffee, and restaurants are all within a few blocks!

A spacious sleeping area features a king-size bed with a white, textured comforter and two dark blue pillows. A wall-mounted HD TV is positioned for viewing. A white dresser and wardrobe complement the decor, with light streaming in from a window adorned with soft curtains.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on 2nd floor above garage. You are on a completely separate floor behind a locked door. Laundry rm. is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We don’t cross paths unless you want to meet. Save $ with our FREE bikes & kayaks - launch in backyard!
