Owl house- a cozy two bedroom cottage on 2 private acres in the Goldstream Valley. Clean city water is delivered to the home's holding tank, and there is a washer and dryer and deep bathtub/shower. In the country (great for viewing Northern Lights), but just 4.5 miles from town. There are restaurants nearby for nights out, and a full kitchen so that you can also enjoy a night in. Cozy wood stove, wifi, and two smart TVs provide entertainment in this clean, cozy, spacious home. MAXIMUM 4 GUESTS

Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Pets Allowed!

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

We are located in Goldstream valley about 9 minutes from Fairbanks. It is a quiet get away spot surrounded by birch trees. Life is simple here. The bathroom is an outhouse - common in Fairbanks. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath, a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! ** At times during the winter, due to heavy snow or icy conditions, AWD or 4WD ... and good tires... are REQUIRED . *** Also, please note that headbolt heaters are often necessary on vehicles in Fairbanks during the winter. Ask the rental agency about this before renting from Anchorage!

No neighbors in sight and an expansive view of an Alaskan meadow with fabulous northern light watching from the downstairs bedroom and living room. The house has a cathedral ceiling, loft bedroom with private bathroom and all the amenities, including dishwasher and laundry. It's right on a bike trail and a ten-minute walk to the Tanana River.

Chena hills cozy hideaway

Keep it simple in our cozy cabin in the woods. This cabin features 1 loft bedroom upstairs accessed by a ladder and a full kitchen and living room. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport
