Preciosa casa-apartamento con encanto en bonito pueblo de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Reformada, de 30m2, muy luminosa, dormitorio con cama doble, baño, sala con cocina totalmente equipada y sofá-cama doble, jardín y terraza con piscina compartida. A 30 min en coche de las calas de la Costa Norte. Lugar ideal para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Situado a tan solo 14km de Palma y a 25 min en coche del aeropuerto. El pueblo cuenta con supermercados, varios restaurantes y polideportivo municipal.

Our house is close to cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. Private entrance /parking/ private sunny terrace/ kids play area and use of pool and gardens for a super price!:)
