Villa Terre & Mer, located in Escoville between Cabourg Beach and Caen (15 minutes) You'll have the use of a private indoor pool, heated to 29/30°C (84/86°F) all year round. This house, which can accommodate 7 to 8 people, features the following on the ground floor: an 8 m x 3.5 m swimming pool, a shower, a toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, there is a kitchen that opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with a plancha, a relaxation area, and a small courtyard with a table tennis table.
