This maisonette is located in the heart of a fishing village, 10 minutes from La Rochelle and 15 minutes from the Île de Ré Bridge. The "sea side" house consists on the ground floor of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a separate bathroom with laundry area. Upstairs you will find a mezzanine where you will have an office area with a single bed as well as a double bedroom with a private toilet.

I welcome you to the extension of my house, totally independent, very quiet accommodation, 30m² studio with sleeping area. . Exterior 20m² fully enclosed without overlooking neighbours. Esnandes is a village close to the ocean, with shops. Very nice walks or bike rides. You are 12 KM FROM La Rochelle. Non-smoking and pet-free accommodation. Self check-in: key box. Large new studio – Le petit Tamaris

Welcome to Petit Tamaris, your cocooning destination for discovering La Rochelle and its surroundings. New studio (March 2024) very quiet 33 m2 for two people (possibility to accommodate a third person) on the ground floor of the house and garden level. Access to two small terraces with great sun exposure for breakfast in the sun and dinner on the west side. Large bedroom with storage and desk, small functional kitchen. Delightful air-conditioned studio with independent entrance. Located (by car) 10' from La Rochelle, and 15' from Pont de l 'Île de Ré. In a village with a bakery and shops 4 km away. Former fisherman's house

Our old family home, with a garden area. A touch of modernity, traces of the past, in a village close to the tiles and oysters of the Anse de l 'Aiguillon, ideal for taking the time to recharge your batteries. The path to the sea is in front of the house, you will be there in 30 min. By car it is 2 minutes away, with access to oyster farmers, carrelet (rental option) and Pointe St Clément. The walled church is a 5 min ) walk.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
