This authentic and charming estate, which has been fully renovated, consists of 3 cottages, with 20 beds in total. A very quiet place, in the heart of the Gers countryside. Terraces, huge gardens, saltwater swimming pool, spa, pétanque court, table tennis, billiards, etc... Everything is there for your relaxation. The site is entirely privatised for you! You also have an 80 m2 room available on request. An ideal place for your holidays with family, friends, but also for your ceremonies, festivities.

This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

House in Gers (St-Jacques) between Mont-de-Marsan, Agen and Auch, ideal for families and groups of friends. Our logistics and rates are set for a minimum of 6 people in order to cover maintenance costs (price remains unchanged for fewer guests). It offers 4 large bedrooms, a dormitory, a living room, a reading area and a games area (board games, foosball). In Fall/Winter, gather warmly around the pellet stove. The perfect place for your get-together in the heart of the village.
