Hello dear visitors! I rent my bungalow renovated in 2018 including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. For guests who are guests with us for tourist purposes, we have to pay a tourist tax of €1,- per person per night. Oli

elbkreuz - is the title of your feel-good oasis directly on the waterway cross from the Elbe and Mittelland Canal - the Elbradwanderweg - and not far from the state capital Magdeburg. In this predestined location, you can indulge in endless walks through the woods and Elbauen with your family and pets, practice the piano, have your fitness room, your own small garden with pool, charcoal grill, parasol, small terrace oven and you are in the city in just a few minutes.

Apartment Nostress

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

City Apartment 80 sqm + Terrace, 4 People

This beautiful and cozy apartment is close to the quiet center and has 2 locked free parking in the yard. Up to 5 sleeping options are available. The emergency bed, 5th sleeping place, is on the sofa and free of charge. The WE is located on the 1st floor and has a green courtyard view. The beautiful large balcony invites you to end the day with a cool drink on warm summer evenings. Pillows and cuddly blankets are also available.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Lark

Direkt auf dem Hof befindet sich unsere Gästewohnung Lark. Eine Unterkunft, die Ihr ganz für Euch allein habt. Hier könnt Ihr zu zweit, zu dritt oder zu viert übernachten. Bett drei und vier befinden sich in der Dachspitze, die über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen ist. Kinderschutztüren sind vorhanden. Ein Grillplatz mit Terrasse und Veranda stehen zur Verfügung.

Genieße den Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Zum Haus gehört ein Hof mit neu angelegter gemütlicher Sitzecke. Ein Grill mit Zubehör steht zur freien Verfügung. Fahrräder und Ähnliches können trocken und diebstahlsicher untergestellt werden.

Our cozy apartment is located in the attic in a central and quiet location. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 guest toilet, storage space and cozy living area with open kitchen. The double bed is 160 x 200 cm.
