This house, which can accommodate 7 to 8 people, features the following on the ground floor: an 8 m x 3.5 m swimming pool, a shower, a toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, there is a kitchen that opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with a plancha, a relaxation area, and a small courtyard with a table tennis table.

Summer is approaching, the Pays d'Auge countryside is putting on its best finery to seduce you, and La Briardière, set in the middle of a vast garden, can accommodate 6 people: couples, family, friends. The layout of the house gives everyone plenty of space: a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Livarot is 10 minutes away, Lisieux 20 minutes, Deauville and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie 40 minutes, and Omaha Beach 90 minutes.
