A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

It has a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, full size oven and stove top along with an Air Fryer, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. You can choose to use the air conditioners, the two portable fans, or just open the windows and enjoy the views. The modern rain shower has plenty of room. A short walk from Kamara and the restaurants and shops of Ano Syros, but not too close:)

There is free parking in front. It has a small courtyard with a pergola, lawn, outdoor table, to enjoy your coffee or food. It is in an excellent location as it is very close to the beach, the shopping street with restaurants, cafes as well as all the services of the Municipality.
