We have tried to make our accommodation as cozy as possible so that our guests can feel comfortable and at ease. At night, a large French bed awaits you, with a memory mattress and anti-allergenic pillows. Two armchairs provide daytime relaxation, from which you can comfortably watch the LED TV, where more than 100 channels are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet. Probably the most central private accommodation in Pécs, leaving the main entrance door, we find ourselves in Széchenyi Square. The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

There is plenty of land around the old, renovated clay houses. There is no shortage of space here. Over 100 fruit and walnut trees. Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Het wijnhuis is gelegen in een rustige zijstraat tussen andere wijnhuizen maar het ” centrum ” van het dorp is op loopafstand dus alles heerlijk dicht in de buurt. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met een echt Hongaarse tegelkachel. Vanuit de wookamer komt men in een ruime keuken en een ruime seperate badkamer. De lange wijnkelder ( 25 meter diep) heeft de ingang vanuit de woonkamer.

Our newly decorated apartment is located in the heart of the historic downtown of Pécs. The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
