Activities: boat or bike along the canal, walking or mountain biking in the forest. À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. Le respect du calme du hameau est exigé! Merci

Dans un Hameau tranquille, petite maison agréable pour 2 personnes et un enfant maximum , typiquement Nivernaise idéale pour se reposer, avec randonnées à pied et à vélo, ainsi que pêche sur place. A proximité du canal du Nivernais, le parcours des 16 écluses , des étangs de Baye et de Vaux, avec des activités nautiques et baignade. Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

Butterfly House

U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

A converted grange perched on a mountain in a medieval village 16 minutes from the A6, this peaceful home makes an ideal stop over for holidays in the Alps or south of France. Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

5 minutes from all amenities. Rural atmosphere in this working farm, located between forest and canal. Take the time to walk, bike or horseback ride. Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (book for 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linen provided). Fridge, microwave available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, views of nature. Rest and relaxation assured.

There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.
