Welcome to Virollet! A great breath of fresh air is guaranteed in our large, cozy gite for 10 people, with a swimming pool and garden, in the heart of the countryside and woods. Please note that our 5 x 10 m pool is shared with our other cottage for 6 people. Access to all shops 3 minutes away and beaches 20 km away. Sheets, shower room kit and cleaning included. Large gîte in the Pays Royannais on a wine estate (pineau and cognac), close to the owners. If you want to meet up with family, friends, go green, in the countryside. Walking and/or cycling if you have a bike. 15 minutes from the beaches of Meschers-sur-Gironde, 25 km from Royan, 35 km from Saintes, 45 minutes from La Palmyre Zoo, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Les Antilles de Jonzac, 45 minutes from Mysterra Park in Montendre, 50 minutes from La Maison de la Forêt in Montlieu-la-Garde.

In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

We are in the land of cognac and pineau, so surrounded by vineyards.
