New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Brand new, detached B&B on a spacious lot under a 100-year-old willow tree. 15 minutes by car from Groningen and close to sauna de Waterlelie and Nienoord Castle in Leek. Completely private and quietly located. Warm Scandinavian wooden interior. Two adjustable beds, underfloor heating, sofa bed (room for 3 guests), kitchen with oven and fridge, wifi. Spacious bathroom with rain shower and heated mirror. All the luxury and comfort of home in a unique setting. Charging a car is possible.

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Log cabin the Lindehuys in Leek

Our Lindehuys is entirely self-built from wood and is located in our spacious green garden. You will have full privacy in this log cabin. There is a shower and a toilet. There are also a number of basic amenities such as a kettle, Senseo, a combi microwave and a small fridge. The centre of Leek and the Nienoord estate with its castle and Carriage Museum are within walking distance. Groningen is easy to reach by bus, and by car you can be there in just 20 minutes.

Ecolodge (4-p) in the countryside near Groningen

In the Groningen countryside, not far from the city, is our ecolodge. The lodge is built from sustainable materials, and solar panels provide the energy supply. The lodge has all the comforts: WiFi, underfloor heating and a complete and beautifully furnished kitchen and bathroom. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is great for trips in nature or a day in the city. Bicycle, canoe and motorboat trips start at the door.

Sleeping in a tiny house avant la lettre. That's possible with us. Our recently renovated cottage offers a separate living and sleeping floor, is basic but still has all the comforts. Located in the old and rural Enumatil, this is the ideal place for a quiet (nature) vacation or mini break. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful cycling routes to be found and forest, heath or Groningen city can be found within a fifteen-minute drive.
