This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

One Mile Lake House

A-Frame home in peaceful secluded cove, 1 mile from Sardis Dam and Marina, which host multiple fishing tournaments and other events. Off of I-55 South/North, with short drive to University of Miss. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Log cabin only 1 mile from Pats Bluff boat ramp on the upper lake at Sardis. Only 20 mins to Oxford and 15 mins to Batesville. This cabin has been completely renovated. Mbr downstairs and 2 br and full bath upstairs. This cabin sleeps 7 easily and even has an additional flip chair that converts to a twin bed that is perfect for a child. Plenty of parking.
