Steigen Lodge Sjøhytte Våg no. 1

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Gammelstua at Storsæter Gård on Engeløya in Steigen

The Old House of our farm, charming house with a spectacular mountain wiew! The house is built about 1880, the bathroom and the kitchen is renovated. Here you can travel back in time, no tv.. The stairs scueecs, and the floor can be a bit cold in the winter, but all is forgotten when you fire up the fireplace. The island is perfect for hiking, biking and kajaking. Check in after 4 p.m, check out before 12 a.m. Transportation to or from the boat can be arranged. We wish you a peaceful stay.

Cabin in hidden area - ocean view and Sauna.

This is a peacefull stay close to Lofoten nature in scenic surroundings. There are berries to be found in the area(August), small boat(July). A fox and sometimes an eagle may visit in the evenings, if lucky. By car the cabin is located: 42 min from Svolvær. 40 min from Henningsvær. 46 min from Lofotr Viking museum. 2 hours from Å. The cabin has a small gas driven fridge and oven, while a generator is run to supply electricity and water for showers. I will help with any technical issues.

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

Welcome to our luxurious lodge (no. 13) in Lofoten, in high Scandinavian standards - here comfort meets the wild beauty of Lofoten! Enjoy a wide panoramic view of the the midnight sun, the northern lights and the mountains surrounding Lyngvær. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed - ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. The bathroom has a washing machine. Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.
